Black Diamond Sprinter 500 Stirnlampe -Testbericht-

Area of Use

The lamp was developed for endurance sports such as jogging and trail running. There is nothing to prevent the lamp from being used for mountaineering, tobogganing, or cross-country skiing, for example. The maximum light intensity of 500 lumens is almost always sufficient.

Our experience with the Sprinter 500

We have been using the Sprinter 500 for several weeks, mostly during evening running training.

The lamp fits very well, doesn't wobble, and is barely noticeable due to its low weight.

Operation is child's play; the buttons are easy to operate (even with cold fingers or gloves!). This may sound self-evident, but it's not necessarily true for other brands.

The 500 lumens are easily sufficient as long as you're on foot; the dimmed setting is almost always enough for us.

The illumination is very good and absolutely sufficient. The switchable taillight is also an extremely useful feature.

The "Power Tap" function takes some getting used to at first, but then works perfectly. (A look at the instructions helps ;-)
