New from Kahtoola for the winter season 20/21! The Exospikes are the latest development and are positioned between the Nanospikes (running, walking on cleared paths) and the classic Microspikes.
Very light, packable into a small size, and particularly interesting for trail runners.
We were able to test a prototype of the Exospikes. Perfect grip on icy paths, but the Exospikes also provide secure footing on mud and softer snow. For all those for whom the classic Microspikes are too much!
The secret is the TPU frame. Super stable yet packable into a small size. Naturally cold-resistant and extremely durable!
Kahtoola Gaiters
Also new in our range: Kahtoola gaiters. The Insta Gaiterss are super light and extremely packable softshell gaiters that keep dirt out of your low-cut shoes. A super stable and replaceable TPU strap keeps the gaiters securely on the shoe. Thanks to the side zipper, the gaiters can be easily put on.
The Leva Gaiters are the lightest Gore-Tex gaiters we have found on the market. Waterproof protection for anyone traveling in wet areas with low-cut shoes. The Leva Gaiters also have a side (waterproof) zipper and the sturdy TPU strap.
The Nava Gaiters are extra reinforced at the bottom while still being lightweight. Ideal for snowshoeing, mountaineering, or hiking in wet, impassable terrain.

We usually ship with DHL.
- For parcels, you will automatically receive a tracking number.
- Small, light items (e.g., hats, headbands, socks) are shipped with DHL Warenpost.
Delivery time:
We usually dispatch your order within 24 hours (working days). Typically, your order will arrive within Germany within 2 days. EU shipping usually takes a little longer.

- from an order value of €100: free shipping
- up to €100: €5 shipping costs
- EU: €15 shipping costs
- Switzerland, Norway, UK: €20 shipping costs

How do returns or complaints work?
Returns
You can find all information about cancellations in the cancellation policy.
Please return the goods well-packaged and with all product hangtags or product packaging.
The refund will be issued upon receipt of the goods, using the same payment method you used for the purchase.

Complaints are annoying – but we always try to find a quick solution:
- Please send an email to chris@chrispacks.com with your invoice or date of purchase and as accurate a description of the defect as possible. Photos are very helpful.

Can I view and test the products on site?
Yes! All available items are directly on site.
In the store, you'll receive exclusive advice from me and my staff, and you can test and try on many products – such as tents, backpacks, stoves, or clothing. Every item in the shop is carefully selected by us, many items are tested by us beforehand, good advice is important to us!
Are you planning a big trip and would like exclusive advice? Can you only come outside opening hours? Then you can also arrange a special appointment. Just write to us or call.

Do you also repair broken equipment?
Basically, yes!
Please send me an email beforehand with a photo and the most accurate description possible of the damage.
