If you're passionate about outstanding outdoor gear, then Samaya will surely pique your interest! The French company develops absolute high-end tents that are used by the world's best mountaineers on expeditions to the most challenging and highest peaks worldwide. Since this year, the Instant 2 tent offers an alternative for long-distance hikers and bikepackers. The extremely storm-stable construction is made from a Dyneema Nanovent laminate. This single-wall construction ensures stability and very high levels of waterproofing and breathability.
The carbon pole system is short enough to be of interest to bikepackers as well.
At 1060g (complete delivery scope), it's not just a super-light tent, but also the most stable!

What are the shipping costs and delivery times?
We usually ship with DHL.
- For parcels, you will automatically receive a tracking number.
- Small, light items (e.g., hats, headbands, socks) are shipped with DHL Warenpost.
Delivery time:
We usually dispatch your order within 24 hours (working days). Typically, your order will arrive within Germany within 2 days. EU shipping usually takes a little longer.
Shipping costs:
- Germany:
- from an order value of €100: free shipping
- up to €100: €5 shipping costs
- EU: €15 shipping costs
- Switzerland, Norway, UK: €20 shipping costs

How do returns or complaints work?
Returns
You can find all information about cancellations in the cancellation policy.
Please return the goods well-packaged and with all product hangtags or product packaging.
The refund will be issued upon receipt of the goods, using the same payment method you used for the purchase.
Unfortunately, I cannot offer free returns.

In case of incorrect deliveries, I will, of course, cover the return costs.
Complaints
Complaints are annoying – but we always try to find a quick solution:
- Please send an email to chris@chrispacks.com with your invoice or date of purchase and as accurate a description of the defect as possible. Photos are very helpful.
- You will receive a response from me on how to proceed.
- If the item needs to be sent in: please clean it, mark the defective area.

Can I view and test the products on site?
Yes! All available items are directly on site.
In the store, you'll receive exclusive advice from me and my staff, and you can test and try on many products – such as tents, backpacks, stoves, or clothing. Every item in the shop is carefully selected by us, many items are tested by us beforehand, good advice is important to us!
Are you planning a big trip and would like exclusive advice? Can you only come outside opening hours? Then you can also arrange a special appointment. Just write to us or call.

Do you also repair broken equipment?
Basically, yes!
Please send me an email beforehand with a photo and the most accurate description possible of the damage.
I will then get in touch with you, and together we will discuss next steps and whether a repair is possible.
