Description
For unexpected alpine or urban downpours, the Fine Line Stretch Rain Shell is exactly the right choice. With the
BD.dry™ solution, the StormLine offers waterproof, breathable, and
windproof protection in all weather conditions. The DWR-treated zippers
under the arms, two zippered hand pockets, and the
StormLine's waterproof front zipper are optimally equipped for
wet weather. However, its functionality is also suitable for moderate
weather conditions. The underarm gussets and the
extremely elastic fabric offer freedom of movement and
durability. Thanks to the climbing helmet-compatible hood, the
StormLine is ideal for long routes in uncertain weather. Hem
and cuffs are adjustable, and the jacket can be stored in the right
hand pocket with a carabiner loop.

What are the shipping costs and delivery times?
We usually ship with DHL.
- For parcels, you will automatically receive a tracking number.
- Small, light items (e.g., hats, headbands, socks) are shipped with DHL Warenpost.
Delivery time:
We usually dispatch your order within 24 hours (working days). Typically, your order will arrive within Germany within 2 days. EU shipping usually takes a little longer.
Shipping costs:
- Germany:
- from an order value of €100: free shipping
- up to €100: €5 shipping costs
- EU: €15 shipping costs
- Switzerland, Norway, UK: €20 shipping costs

How do returns or complaints work?
Returns
You can find all information about cancellations in the cancellation policy.
Please return the goods well-packaged and with all product hangtags or product packaging.
The refund will be issued upon receipt of the goods, using the same payment method you used for the purchase.

Complaints
Complaints are annoying – but we always try to find a quick solution:
- Please send an email to chris@chrispacks.com with your invoice or date of purchase and as accurate a description of the defect as possible. Photos are very helpful.
- You will receive a response from me on how to proceed.

Can I view and test the products on site?
Yes! All available items are directly on site.
In the store, you'll receive exclusive advice from me and my staff, and you can test and try on many products – such as tents, backpacks, stoves, or clothing. Every item in the shop is carefully selected by us, many items are tested by us beforehand, good advice is important to us!
Are you planning a big trip and would like exclusive advice? Can you only come outside opening hours? Then you can also arrange a special appointment. Just write to us or call.

Do you also repair broken equipment?
Basically, yes!
Please send me an email beforehand with a photo and the most accurate description possible of the damage.
I will then get in touch with you, and together we will discuss next steps and whether a repair is possible.
