Description
The new Sprinter 500 was designed for versatility—from early morning urban runs to nighttime mountain adventures. The extremely low-profile and well-balanced Sprinter 500 now features nearly twice
as many lumens as previous versions, with the brightest setting boasting 500 lumens. The Sprinter is Dual-Fuel compatible, meaning it can be powered by either the included rechargeable BD 1800 lithium-ion battery or three AAA alkaline batteries for maximum flexibility. The simple front lens
provides an extremely uniform beam that minimizes tripping hazards and reveals terrain transitions on the trail. The headlamp features an intuitive button for easy on/off, while PowerTap™ technology allows for quick brightness adjustment on the fly and variable dimming for fine-tuning. The Sprinter has a lightweight,
perforated, elastic headband for improved breathability. The top strap can be quickly attached or removed as needed. Reflective logos and a rear strobe light
keep you visible on the trail. The Sprinter 500 is a premium, purpose-built headlamp for early morning run training or for those who stay out long after sunset.

We usually ship with DHL.
- For parcels, you will automatically receive a tracking number.
- Small, light items (e.g., hats, headbands, socks) are shipped with DHL Warenpost.
Delivery time:
We usually dispatch your order within 24 hours (working days). Typically, your order will arrive within Germany within 2 days. EU shipping usually takes a little longer.
Shipping costs:

- from an order value of €100: free shipping
- up to €100: €5 shipping costs
- EU: €15 shipping costs
- Switzerland, Norway, UK: €20 shipping costs

How do returns or complaints work?
Returns
You can find all information about cancellations in the cancellation policy.
Please return the goods well-packaged and with all product hangtags or product packaging.
The refund will be issued upon receipt of the goods, using the same payment method you used for the purchase.

Complaints are annoying – but we always try to find a quick solution:

Can I view and test the products on site?
Yes! All available items are directly on site.
In the store, you'll receive exclusive advice from me and my staff, and you can test and try on many products – such as tents, backpacks, stoves, or clothing. Every item in the shop is carefully selected by us, many items are tested by us beforehand, good advice is important to us!
Are you planning a big trip and would like exclusive advice? Can you only come outside opening hours? Then you can also arrange a special appointment. Just write to us or call.

Basically, yes!
Please send me an email beforehand with a photo and the most accurate description possible of the damage.
