Description
For cold nights in a hammock, the COCOON Hammock Underquilt
Down provides perfect insulation from below. Thanks to a finely
adjustable suspension system, the underquilt perfectly adapts to the
hammock, preventing cold spots from forming between the hammock and
underquilt. Two thermal collars at the head and foot ends and
the thoughtful arrangement of the down-filled thermal chambers also contribute to
optimal thermal protection.

- For parcels, you will automatically receive a tracking number.
- Small, light items (e.g., hats, headbands, socks) are shipped with DHL Warenpost.
Delivery time:
We usually dispatch your order within 24 hours (working days). Typically, your order will arrive within Germany within 2 days. EU shipping usually takes a little longer.

How do returns or complaints work?

You can find all information about cancellations in the cancellation policy.
Please return the goods well-packaged and with all product hangtags or product packaging.
The refund will be issued upon receipt of the goods, using the same payment method you used for the purchase.

Can I view and test the products on site?
Yes! All available items are directly on site.
In the store, you'll receive exclusive advice from me and my staff, and you can test and try on many products – such as tents, backpacks, stoves, or clothing. Every item in the shop is carefully selected by us, many items are tested by us beforehand, good advice is important to us!
Are you planning a big trip and would like exclusive advice? Can you only come outside opening hours? Then you can also arrange a special appointment. Just write to us or call.
