Stable, reliable HMS carabiner with triple-action lock. The standard for belaying, high-altitude tours, and much more.

Large carabiner with wide gate opening:
- suitable for attaching multiple pieces of equipment
- optimal shape for belaying with a Munter hitch
Ergonomics:
- The shape is also suitable for handling with gloves.
- The asymmetrical pear-shaped design makes it easier to open and operate the locking system.
- The Keylock system prevents the carabiner from snagging.

We usually ship with DHL.

For parcels, you will automatically receive a tracking number.
Small, light items (e.g., hats, headbands, socks) are shipped with DHL Warenpost.

Delivery time:

We usually dispatch your order within 24 hours (working days). Typically, your order will arrive within Germany within 2 days. EU shipping usually takes a little longer.

How do returns or complaints work?

Returns

You can find all information about cancellations in the cancellation policy.

Please return the goods well-packaged and with all product hangtags or product packaging.

The refund will be issued upon receipt of the goods, using the same payment method you used for the purchase.

Please send an email to chris@chrispacks.com with your invoice or date of purchase and as accurate a description of the defect as possible. Photos are very helpful.

Can I view and test the products on site?

Yes! All available items are directly on site.

In the store, you'll receive exclusive advice from me and my staff, and you can test and try on many products – such as tents, backpacks, stoves, or clothing. Every item in the shop is carefully selected by us, many items are tested by us beforehand, good advice is important to us!

Are you planning a big trip and would like exclusive advice? Can you only come outside opening hours? Then you can also arrange a special appointment. Just write to us or call.

Basically, yes!

Please send me an email beforehand with a photo and the most accurate description possible of the damage.
