Complaints

Complaints are annoying – but we always try to find a quick solution:

You will receive a response from me on how to proceed.
If the item needs to be sent in: please clean it, mark the defective area.
send to:
Christian Handtke / chrispacks

If the item is forwarded to the manufacturer, this can take at least 2–3 weeks – please plan for this time.
We will keep you updated on the current status.
