Description
The lightweight, windproof men's ZERO jacket is a combination of functionality, comfort, and responsibility towards our planet. It was developed for active men who not only enjoy climbing, running, or cycling but also spending time outdoors.
The well-fitting cut does not restrict movement in any way. The anatomically shaped hood with elastic provides perfect protection for the head in bad weather.
The design of this men's jacket is made up of several sophisticated details that make this casual outdoor jacket the perfect travel companion for adventures. The Zero jacket has a hanging loop that allows it to be attached to a climbing harness. It can be stored compactly in a backpack in the integrated pocket. The jacket's design features several reflective safety elements that you will appreciate at dusk and in the dark. It is made from recyclable PAD.

What are the shipping costs and delivery times?
We usually ship with DHL.
- For parcels, you will automatically receive a tracking number.
- Small, light items (e.g., hats, headbands, socks) are shipped with DHL Warenpost.
Delivery time:
We usually dispatch your order within 24 hours (working days). Typically, your order will arrive within Germany within 2 days. EU shipping usually takes a little longer.
Shipping costs:
- Germany:
- from an order value of €100: free shipping
- up to €100: €5 shipping costs
- EU: €15 shipping costs
- Switzerland, Norway, UK: €20 shipping costs

How do returns or complaints work?
Returns
You can find all information about cancellations in the cancellation policy.
Please return the goods well-packaged and with all product hangtags or product packaging.
The refund will be issued upon receipt of the goods, using the same payment method you used for the purchase.
Unfortunately, I cannot offer free returns.

Complaints
Complaints are annoying – but we always try to find a quick solution:
- Please send an email to chris@chrispacks.com with your invoice or date of purchase and as accurate a description of the defect as possible. Photos are very helpful.
- You will receive a response from me on how to proceed.

Can I view and test the products on site?
Yes! All available items are directly on site.
In the store, you'll receive exclusive advice from me and my staff, and you can test and try on many products – such as tents, backpacks, stoves, or clothing. Every item in the shop is carefully selected by us, many items are tested by us beforehand, good advice is important to us!
Are you planning a big trip and would like exclusive advice? Can you only come outside opening hours? Then you can also arrange a special appointment. Just write to us or call.

Do you also repair broken equipment?
Basically, yes!
Please send me an email beforehand with a photo and the most accurate description possible of the damage.
I will then get in touch with you, and together we will discuss next steps and whether a repair is possible.
