Description
Pro Wash Eco is an ecological laundry detergent concentrate for the gentle and thorough cleaning of waterproof/breathable rainwear, softshells, fleece, and functional underwear. Thanks to its carefully selected raw materials, Pro Wash Eco achieves excellent washing results even at low temperatures. Applied directly to heavy soiling, Pro Wash Eco acts like a stain remover. The special detergent washes out residue-free. It optimizes the breathability of functional clothing (e.g., GORE-TEX®, etc.) and the moisture transport of functional underwear, and reduces pilling in fleece. The surfactants in all Fibertec detergents are made from coconut oil. They contain no softeners, bleaches, or optical brighteners. The ingredients are easily biodegradable (according to Regulation (EC) No. 648/2004). Pro Wash Eco is a vegan detergent. Pro Wash Eco is recommended for cleaning GORE-TEX® and other functional membranes. Thanks to its high concentration, just 25ml of detergent is enough for one wash load with medium water hardness.

What are the shipping costs and delivery times?
We usually ship with DHL.
- For parcels, you will automatically receive a tracking number.
- Small, light items (e.g., hats, headbands, socks) are shipped with DHL Warenpost.
Delivery time:
We usually dispatch your order within 24 hours (working days). Typically, your order will arrive within Germany within 2 days. EU shipping usually takes a little longer.

- from an order value of €100: free shipping
- up to €100: €5 shipping costs
- EU: €15 shipping costs
- Switzerland, Norway, UK: €20 shipping costs

How do returns or complaints work?
Returns
You can find all information about cancellations in the cancellation policy.
Please return the goods well-packaged and with all product hangtags or product packaging.
The refund will be issued upon receipt of the goods, using the same payment method you used for the purchase.

Complaints
Complaints are annoying – but we always try to find a quick solution:
- Please send an email to chris@chrispacks.com with your invoice or date of purchase and as accurate a description of the defect as possible. Photos are very helpful.
- You will receive a response from me on how to proceed.

Can I view and test the products on site?
Yes! All available items are directly on site.
In the store, you'll receive exclusive advice from me and my staff, and you can test and try on many products – such as tents, backpacks, stoves, or clothing. Every item in the shop is carefully selected by us, many items are tested by us beforehand, good advice is important to us!
Are you planning a big trip and would like exclusive advice? Can you only come outside opening hours? Then you can also arrange a special appointment. Just write to us or call.

Basically, yes!
Please send me an email beforehand with a photo and the most accurate description possible of the damage.
