Description
The Haven Bundle consists of the Haven Tarp and the Haven Net Tent. With this combination, you get a super-light and flexible 2-person tent. The inner tent and the tarp
can be used independently. In bad weather, the tarp can be set up first, and then the inner tent can be hung inside, in the dry. 2 entrances / vestibules. New for 2023: the Haven is now also available in green.
- Material: Silicone-coated Nylon 30D (floor 40D)
- Weight: 964g (Tarp + inner tent)
- Scope of delivery: Haven Tarp, Haven Net Tent, stuff sack, setup instructions
- Required accessories (not included): stakes, trekking poles or tent poles

- The tent can be set up very quickly in any weather. As with any other tent, it is best to practice beforehand.
Sixmoondesigns recommends treating the seams with seam sealer beforehand for absolute waterproofing!

What are the shipping costs and delivery times?
We usually ship with DHL.
- For parcels, you will automatically receive a tracking number.
- Small, light items (e.g., hats, headbands, socks) are shipped with DHL Warenpost.
Delivery time:
We usually dispatch your order within 24 hours (working days). Typically, your order will arrive within Germany within 2 days. EU shipping usually takes a little longer.
Shipping costs:
- Germany:
- from an order value of €100: free shipping
- up to €100: €5 shipping costs
- EU: €15 shipping costs
- Switzerland, Norway, UK: €20 shipping costs

How do returns or complaints work?
Returns
You can find all information about cancellations in the cancellation policy.
Please return the goods well-packaged and with all product hangtags or product packaging.
The refund will be issued upon receipt of the goods, using the same payment method you used for the purchase.
Unfortunately, I cannot offer free returns.

Complaints
Complaints are annoying – but we always try to find a quick solution:
- Please send an email to chris@chrispacks.com with your invoice or date of purchase and as accurate a description of the defect as possible. Photos are very helpful.
- You will receive a response from me on how to proceed.
- If the item needs to be sent in: please clean it, mark the defective area.

Can I view and test the products on site?
Yes! All available items are directly on site.
In the store, you'll receive exclusive advice from me and my staff, and you can test and try on many products – such as tents, backpacks, stoves, or clothing. Every item in the shop is carefully selected by us, many items are tested by us beforehand, good advice is important to us!
Are you planning a big trip and would like exclusive advice? Can you only come outside opening hours? Then you can also arrange a special appointment. Just write to us or call.

Do you also repair broken equipment?
Basically, yes!
Please send me an email beforehand with a photo and the most accurate description possible of the damage.
I will then get in touch with you, and together we will discuss next steps and whether a repair is possible.
